1. Accepting the things you can't change. If you can change and want to change them, do it!
2. Let go of the people who are holding you down. At least you know who these people are..
3. Blast your favorite upbeat songs, then sing and dance.
4. Call someone you love. Hearing their voice can make your day better.
5. Smile at stranger. It'll make both of you smile :)
6. Write everything you don't like. Rip it. Burn it.
7. Watch your favorite movie.
8. Go for a run. Run until you feel good. You'll be tired enough that the feeling will seem less major.
9. Realize that you are your own biggest critic. People do not see the faults in yourself that you do. Realize they are not faults, not imperfections.
