I started Pole Dance on 2017.

So discipline in the first 2 years, and since 2019, I became so busy with my work. 

A bit sad because it's hard for me to join the class again, even I already installed pole in my house, still, always feel tired every time I reached home, the traffic is so crazy these days. It makes me just wanna rest with my husband and the kids.

On another side, I Thank God so much for every blessings in my life.

You are the Best. I Love you and thank you, God!

It's not easy, but it's totally worth it.

Pole Dance is so addicting, especially when you already see the result.

oh, I really love Pole Dance, sometimes I called it Pole Fitness 💕

I hope I could manage my time well and start pole fitness again, seriously.

I will explain Pole Dance more details on the next post.

It's already late and am so sleepy, and I have to start packing tomorrow, gonna go to Papua for around 3 weeks. So Excited!

Joining Ballet Class.

I never lucky; I'm blessed.

Finally i can sit in front of my lappy, with a glass of ice coffee, doing nothing but blogging ~
The house is super clean (special thanks to Mba Nur, my new super lovely maid), kiddos is playing outside and my soulmate is enjoying his organic fruit while watching Netflix.
Feel so great!

As you know, i practice Pole Dance since Feb 2017, and now what?
I also join Ballet class. :)) Hihi...
Can you imagine? LOL.
I remember i used to say to my friends "I'll go for Ballet" Because for me Ballet is classy and also elegance, so i used to say it as a joke, because i'm a silly person who also joke everywhere and never feel ashamed to make my face ugly just to make everyone laugh, so everytime i say that my friend will say "Ga cocok!!", "Stand up comedy aja", "Lenong bocah aja" something like that. LOL

Now, i joined it. For real, buddies!! LOL.
In IPDA (Indonesia Pole Dance Association) also.
Bu Guru Vicky Burki is also teach Ballet.

Long story short.
So last wednesday is my first time practiced Balled and the next morning.. I CAN'T WALK!! Cramp..
Trust me Ballet is like sports, only harder x)
I don't know it's because of my age that not that young anymore or what... Hahahaha :))
Well even my age is not that young anymore (ps: i'm 28yo now), but my journey is still long way to go and better late than never, right?

So do anything that makes you happy (in a positive way) and get your own happiness.

Pole Dance with IPDA (Indonesia Pole Dance Association)

Yes, I'm joining Pole Dance.

Mostly people think Pole Dance is only for a stripper.

Joining pole dance class doesn't mean we are stripper, but it means we are stronger than you.

Anyone can take their clothes off, but Pole Dance or i call it Pole Fitness takes discipline, determination, strength of body and mind and HARD WORK

For me, pole dance is a sport, that's why we, polerina, call it Pole Fitness.

Pole dance takes the same amount of sweat. Hard work and determination. The same amount of tears.

The longs days and nights of trying to get it right.

It doesn't require a ball, bat or field.

All you need is a little bit of yourself.
